PEBBLES

Name: PEBBLES
Age: 18 M
Sex: Female
Weight: 50
Breed: Pyranees mix
Reproductive: Spayed
Vaccinations: Fully Vaccinated
My Story:
Pebbles was found as a stray in East Bakersfield in the fields. She was coming around a home out there and started sleeping on the porch. It became obvious that Pebbles was pregnant, and we knew we had to act quickly. A plan was in motion, but Pebbles disappeared. We feared she may have delivered, and we would have to search for a find her puppies. They were finally located in a pile of rubble and lumber. Pebbles and her babies were removed from the very dangerous situation they were in. Mom and puppies doing fantastic. Pebbles is a wonderful mom.
About Me:
Pebbles is a very sweet, calm, and submissive girl. She will roll over for belly rubs at every opportunity. She appears to be somewhat housebroken as she is very particular where she goes potty. She is a gentle girl and such a wonderful, attentive and loving mom. She will make the best family dog as she is so gentle. Pebbles in an amazing dog!!
My Status: Adopted

Rescue Partners
One of the most critical needs for our team are partners with the ability to help house Bakersfield Strays dogs upon being picked up. We have limited space and ability to hold them for long periods of time and our expertise is more generally suited for partnerships with larger private adoption agencies that can become a liaison between us and the forever homes of the dogs. We do have a process for becoming a partner that ensures they are going to remain happy and healthy in loving homes. If you are interested in helping us overcome this crisis and you have the ability to facilitate the adoption process n our behalf, please apply to become one of our valued partners. You can find the steps to doing so at the link below.
