My Story:
Our team was made aware of a heartbreaking situation involving a dog named Bobba and her two adorable puppies, Ollie & Presley, who were found seeking refuge beneath a concrete slab behind a store in Lamont, California. The conditions they were living in were dire, and it took what felt like an eternity to safely rescue them from their hidden spot. After much effort and careful planning, we finally managed to secure Bobba and her two little “potatoes,” as we affectionately call the pups.
About Me:
Presley is a healthy, playful, cuddly puppy, full of joy. With his soft, fluffy fur and charming personality, he wins the hearts of all who meet him. He loves to play with his brother Ollie and gets along with both dogs and humans. He is excitedly looking forward to the opportunity to find his forever home.

Rescue Partners
One of the most critical needs for our team are partners with the ability to help house Bakersfield Strays dogs upon being picked up. We have limited space and ability to hold them for long periods of time and our expertise is more generally suited for partnerships with larger private adoption agencies that can become a liaison between us and the forever homes of the dogs. We do have a process for becoming a partner that ensures they are going to remain happy and healthy in loving homes.
