DAISY AND 6 PUPPIES

Name: DAISY AND 6 PUPPIES
Age: 2
Sex: Female
Weight: 60
Breed: Doberman
Reproductive: Not Fixed
Vaccinations: Unknown
Microchipped: No
My Story:
As our volunteers started on their feeding routes, they stumbled upon a deeply distressing sight that tugged at their hearts. Nestled in the middle of the orchards, far removed from civilization, they discovered Daisy, a female Doberman, huddled protectively around her six tiny puppies. She was alarmingly close to a busy road, posing a significant danger to the vulnerable family. When the volunteers approached, it was evident that Daisy, though initially apprehensive, was desperately seeking assistance. Her eyes reflected a mix of fear and hope, and it was clear she understood the peril they were in. With gentle care, the team managed to secure Daisy and her puppies, ensuring their safety and providing them with the help they so urgently needed.
About Me:
Daisy is a gentle soul, a bit timid and submissive, yet she eagerly embraces the warmth of a loving human touch. Her adorable little potatoes, consisting of four males and two females, are simply adorable.
My Status: Adopted
Private Adoption – Pending

Rescue Partners
One of the most critical needs for our team are partners with the ability to help house Bakersfield Strays dogs upon being picked up. We have limited space and ability to hold them for long periods of time and our expertise is more generally suited for partnerships with larger private adoption agencies that can become a liaison between us and the forever homes of the dogs. We do have a process for becoming a partner that ensures they are going to remain happy and healthy in loving homes. If you are interested in helping us overcome this crisis and you have the ability to facilitate the adoption process n our behalf, please apply to become one of our valued partners. You can find the steps to doing so at the link below.
