JULIET
Name: JULIET
Age: 6 M
Sex: Female
Weight: 33
Breed: Cattle Dog Mix
My Story:
Juliet was spotted in the orchards by field workers and contacted us for help. She was with another male, and both were terrified and would hide in very long piping making securing them very difficult. The male was killed sadly before they could be rescued. Juliet was then alone and needed out immediately. We were able to secure her finally with a trap and got her to safety.
About Me:
After all that this little Angel has endured and gone through, she is the sweetest little baby girl. She is a fun little girl with lots of life to live and be happy. She enjoys people and is dog friendly. She is still young and would make a wonderful family addition to spend your life with.
My Status: Fostered

Rescue Partners
One of the most critical needs for our team are partners with the ability to help house Bakersfield Strays dogs upon being picked up. We have limited space and ability to hold them for long periods of time and our expertise is more generally suited for partnerships with larger private adoption agencies that can become a liaison between us and the forever homes of the dogs. We do have a process for becoming a partner that ensures they are going to remain happy and healthy in loving homes. If you are interested in helping us overcome this crisis and you have the ability to facilitate the adoption process n our behalf, please apply to become one of our valued partners. You can find the steps to doing so at the link below.
